Weekends...What's an author to do?

My weekends closely resemble my work week now that I try to squeeze in every free minute to work on my books and other administrative details for Lilly Wilde, Inc. Don't you think everyone needs a break though? I'm starting to think about taking a day where I refrain from all social media and all work. What do you think? Do you give yourself time to just do nothing? It's very difficult for me because my mind is always racing but I think I'll force myself to at least start small and take a half-day break.
